Pacific Island Landscape is a Kapolei-based, full-service landscape contractor serving Oahu. We provide commercial design, installation, and maintenance alongside high-end residential work for estates in Lanikai, Hawaii Loa, Portlock, Aina Haina, and Diamond Head. Our foundation is built on practical execution, structural integrity, and long-term botanical health. We build and maintain outdoor spaces meant to last.

The company is led by Sandro Tassan. Under his direction, Pacific Island Landscape was built to bridge a specific gap in the Oahu market: the space between boutique residential landscapers who lack commercial scale, and massive corporate vendors who have lost their attention to detail.
We operate with the agility and care of an owner-led business, but with the crew depth and logistical capability of a large-scale commercial contractor. Decisions are made quickly, standards are strictly enforced in the field, and our leadership remains directly accountable to our clients.

Landscaping at this level requires more than basic labor. Our approach is defined by being detail-oriented, utilizing best-in-industry techniques, and deploying highly qualified professionals.
Whether we are maintaining the grounds at a luxury hotel or installing a new hardscape on a steep ridge lot, our crews operate with quiet precision. We respect the properties we work on and the people who live and work within them. There are no shortcuts in our process, and we do not compromise on the quality of our materials or the safety of our team.
We are vertically integrated and operate our own nursery. Located in Kapolei, our private growing facility allows us to actively cultivate rare specimens, large material, and indigenous Hawaiian plants.
By growing our own inventory, we bypass external supply chain delays and provide our clients and architect partners with immediate access to mature, site-ready plants. This allows us to deliver instant impact and architectural scale to new developments and luxury estates on day one
Our ties to the island are practical and environmental. We understand Oahu's distinct microclimates—from the harsh coastal salt spray of Portlock to the high winds of Hawaii Loa Ridge. We design and maintain landscapes that respond specifically to these diverse environments, prioritizing resilient, native plantings and water-efficient infrastructure that support the long-term health of the island.
We are always looking for skilled professionals who respect the craft. If you are a certified arborist, an experienced machine operator, or a detail-obsessed landscape technician looking to join a high-performing team, we want to hear from you. We offer competitive compensation, ongoing training, and a professional work environment.
Contact our estimating team to discuss your upcoming commercial development, property management contract, or estate renovation.
